Conditional Liquor Licenses
April 3, 2013
House Bill 4277, which allows for conditional liquor licenses, passed in the House.
As reported by MLive, the conditional licenses would last for one year or until the Liquor Control Commission makes a decision on an application, whichever comes first. It could also be used when transferring ownership thus allowing the new owner of a bar or liquor store to continue to sell while new licenses are being reviewed.
